He is one of the few experts with comprehensive theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the industrial chain of organosilicon, metallic silicon and chlorosilane in the world. Proficient in French, familiar with Chinese, English, German and other languages.
In the 1970s, he began to hold important positions such as senior management and President of multinational enterprises. In the 1990s, he was responsible for the production and technical management of 22 production bases at the same time for more than six years, including 15 silicone related devices.
In 2006, he became a consultant to the president of a central enterprise. Under its management and instruction, the group redesigned the process control system for some silicon related production lines. Its production capacity increased by 60% on the original basis, and its quality improved significantly. The annual output of some equipment increased by 380%, and it became the only domestic company that met the requirements of Western delivery specifications at that time.
After 2013, we continued to devote ourselves to the research of major scientific and technological projects, and assisted relevant enterprises in technological transformation, safety and environmental protection in the field of silicon and new energy. As a representative of the European Union, he had technical contacts with the Chinese government, Sinopec and other state-owned enterprises on the cooperation of renewable energy projects.
